◆ Regarding Reservations ◆
・ Please note that seat preferences cannot be accommodated.
・ The maximum number of guests you can select varies depending on availability during your chosen reservation time.

◆ Important Notes for Visitors ◆
・ Persons under 20 years of age are not permitted to enter (reservations from this age group are also not accepted).
・ Upon entry, we may require proof of age via a photo ID.
・ Minors must be accompanied by a first-degree relative to enter.
・ Even if you arrive after your reserved time, the departure time remains unchanged (each session lasts 90 minutes with a full turnover of guests).
・ If you expect to be late, please inform us by phone in advance.

◆ Reservation Changes & Cancellations ◆
・ Please note that cancellations or changes must be handled by you personally before your scheduled arrival time.
If a cancellation is not processed on TableCheck by the scheduled arrival time, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. (No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the reserved date and time.)
・ Guests who fail to show up without prior notice may subsequently be unable to make reservations at our establishment. Please understand this in advance.
