▶If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶We do not allow guests to come wearing perfume or other items with excessively strong scents. We may refuse entry at our discretion.
▶Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is completely prohibited in our store. If smoking is found in our store, restrooms, etc., a cleaning fee will be charged. ▶We do not accept reservations made on behalf of someone else. Please be sure to visit us if you have made a reservation.
▶In the above cases, we may refuse entry to the store at our discretion. In that case, a cancellation fee will be charged on the same day.
▶We would appreciate it if you could share this information with other people who have made reservations.

▶About cancellation fees
Same day cancellation: 10,000 yen per person Cancellation
the day before: 7,000 yen per person Cancellation
2 days in advance: 5,000 yen per person

If you cancel at the time of reservation, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged.

A deposit of 10,000 yen per person will be charged at the time of reservation.
Please note that meals on the day will be charged separately.
The deposit will be fully refunded after your visit.
