<About Business Operations>
▶Both the indoor and riverside terrace seating consists entirely of tables and chairs.
▶The riverside terrace is only open during the summer months, from May to September.
▶The riverside terrace is outdoors and has no roof. In case of rain, after rain, during periods of high water levels, or due to strong winds or typhoons, if we determine that it is unsafe to serve you on the riverside terrace, we will serve you indoors even if the weather is fine (there are no private rooms in the indoor area).
▶Meal service time is approximately 90 minutes.

<Regarding Reservations>
▶●Adults = 11 years and older... Please order for the number of people in your party.
(Ordering separate courses is not possible)
●Children = 4 years and older... Ordering a children's meal is mandatory.
(If you wish to order from the adult menu, please enter as an adult.)
●Infants = 3 years and under (no seat)... Ordering a meal is not mandatory, but if you use a seat only, a seating charge (1000 yen) will be applied. (Please enter in Customer Question 1)
▶You cannot specify the location of your seats.
▶If you make separate reservations under the same name, we cannot arrange for you to be seated together.
▶If there is a misunderstanding with your online reservation and we are fully booked, we may ask you to cancel (we will contact you within 12 hours).

<Regarding Children>
▶Please be sure to select the number of children as either children (under 10 years old) or infants (under 3 years old).
▶Children aged 4 and older must order a meal.
▶Regarding infant chairs: Due to the many steps and safety concerns on the riverside terrace, we do not provide infant chairs. Strollers are permitted; please write "Stroller use" in the request field if you wish to use one.

<Regarding Cancellations>
▶Please be sure to contact us if you will not be able to arrive on time for your reservation. (Cancellations may be treated as such)
▶May to September (Riverside dining period): 50% cancellation fee from 12:00 PM the day before until 5:00 PM the day before; 100% cancellation fee from 5:00 PM the day before to the day of the reservation.
The same applies to cancellations due to rain or typhoons, however, in principle, no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a sudden warning.
If heavy rain or other disasters are deemed dangerous, we may request that you cancel your reservation.
▶October to April: 50% cancellation fee from 12:00 PM six days prior until 12:00 PM the day before; 100% cancellation fee from 12:00 PM the day before to the day of the reservation.

＜Regarding arrival by private car＞
▶Those arriving by private car or tourist taxi must reserve a parking space</red>
*Parking reservations are mandatory via "Parking Reservations Here"!
If "Parking Ⓟ" is not displayed on the menu, the parking lot is full and you cannot park.

<Regarding Allergies and Disliked Foods>
▶Due to the nature of our cooking process, we cannot accommodate disliked foods, complete allergies, or special requests such as vegetarian, religious dietary, or gluten-free options. Menu changes are not possible.
If you have allergies to ingredients in our seasonings (such as broth or various extracts), we regret that we cannot accommodate your request. Even if you specify this in the request field, we cannot guarantee it.
