Many customers from distant areas have asked us if there’s any way they can try our food without waiting in line. That’s why we’ve introduced our Priority Seat Web Reservation system.
【About Priority Seat Web Reservation】
This system is designed for guests coming from outside Tokyo or those who are too busy to line up. Although we only offer a limited number of seats, those with a reservation do not need to obtain a ticket on the day.
*We still distribute tickets as usual, so please choose the method that suits you best.
【Reservation Details】
● Meeting Time & Line-up
・The reservation time refers to the time you should gather in front of the store. Please wait in line at the entrance. It may take 5–30 minutes before you are seated and served.
*Priority seats are not fast passes.
● Late Arrival
・If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.<br>
● Changes to Reservation
・
Changes to the date, time, or number of guests are not accepted after reservation.
・If you wish to make changes, please cancel and make a new reservation.
*Reservation fees (¥500/person) are non-refundable.
● Cancellations
・
Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time or
no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of
¥1,000 per person (equal to one Leva-Nira Set Meal).

● Temporary Closure by Store
・In the case of temporary closure due to store reasons, we will contact you and refund the reservation fee.
● Payment
・Payment is accepted in cash only, at the restaurant.<br>
【Other Notes】
・Reservations are available online only. We do not accept reservations via Instagram DMs.
