【1】 Cooking Style
To serve the freshest seasonal ingredients using the most suitable cooking methods, we leave the menu selection to the chef for each course. Therefore, please inform us at the time of booking if you have any food dislikes or allergies. Be sure to include information regarding your companions as well.
In cases involving severe food intolerances or allergies, we may unfortunately have to decline your reservation.
Menu changes on the day of the reservation cannot be accommodated; even when possible, an additional fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

【2】 Dress Code
Please refrain from wearing extremely casual attire such as shorts, T-shirts, or sandals.
Dressing up a bit more will allow you to fully enjoy the ambiance of our restaurant. Additionally, since many guests enjoy wine, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing excessive perfume.

【3】 Private Room Fee
We offer one private room that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
A private room fee of 8,800 yen (tax included, service charge not included) applies.

【4】 Children
Reservations with children must be made by phone.
Due to factors such as the child’s age and room availability, please call us to inquire and make a reservation.
For children’s meals, we offer adapted versions of our adult short courses (starting at 9,900 yen).
We kindly ask for your consideration toward other guests.

【5】 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply:
■ Same-day cancellation (no notice): 100% of the course price
■ Same-day cancellation (with notice): 100% of the course price
■ Cancellation the day before: 50% of the course price
Please make any changes to your reservation at least two days in advance.

【To Guests Taking Photos】
When taking photos, please be considerate of other guests around you. Should your photography be deemed disruptive, we may ask you to refrain from taking pictures. Thank you for your understanding.

All of our financiers are baked fresh on the day of purchase.
When freshly baked, they have a crispy exterior and a moist interior.
The fragrant aroma of domestically produced fermented butter and aromatic almond flour, used generously, fills your mouth with flavor.
Our commitment is to bake them thoroughly until they are golden brown, which brings out the flavor of the flour even more.
These are not light and fluffy financiers, but rather financiers that you should chew carefully to enjoy the taste and lingering aftertaste of the ingredients.
From the second day onwards, gently warming them in a toaster oven will restore the aroma and texture to that of freshly baked financiers.

Pithivier is a traditional pastry from the town of Pithivier in France, made by filling a pie crust with plenty of almond cream and baking it. The pie crust, which is made with a generous amount of fermented butter, is carefully folded using a reverse folding technique called inverse folding, and our original apple compote with a hint of Calvados is added to create an elegant and light finish to pie crust, which can tend to be heavy. The fluffy almond crust and gentle apple flavor wrapped in a light and crispy pie crust are comfortable, and the rich, fragrant aroma that spreads in your mouth will bring a smile to your face.
