Thank you for visiting the online reservation page for Moffle+ Osaka Shinsaibashi, a cafe where you can cuddle large, fluffy dogs.
Please read the following before making a reservation.

Reservations

Each ticket is for a 60-minute slot per person and includes one drink.
The 60 minutes includes time for entry and exit.
Please enter the play area between :00 and :05 of your reserved time. Exit will be around :53–:55.
The 60-minute period also covers putting in/out belongings and changing shoes.
If you wish to stay for more than one hour, please book consecutive time slots.
Reservations open from 15:00 exactly one week before the desired date and time.
On the day itself, reservations are possible until 15 minutes before the start time.
If you enter after your scheduled entry time, your departure time will still be the end of the reserved slot.
Entry Restrictions
The following people will not be admitted. No refunds will be issued in such cases, so please check carefully before booking.

Pregnant people and children in elementary school or younger (ages 0–12)
Junior high school students under 140 cm in height (the height restriction applies only to junior high students)
People who cannot remove metal accessories (piercings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings)
Guests who use wheelchairs or have severe mobility difficulties may be refused entry
Guests who have handled other animals at pet shops or other animal cafes earlier the same day
No pets are allowed
Note: Junior high students are allowed only if they are 140 cm or taller and must be accompanied by a guardian. Please bring ID for age verification at admission. Admission may be refused if you cannot present ID.
On Arrival

For infection-prevention reasons, wearing socks is mandatory (no sheer stockings or tights).
Please do not bring dog toys or treats, and do not play with the dogs using your personal items.
Liability / Disclaimer

Your personal belongings or clothing may become soiled by drool, light biting, or excrement. Dogs’ teeth or nails may come into contact with your skin.
We are not responsible for damage or soiling of clothing or personal items, or for injuries resulting from interactions. Please understand and interact at your own risk.
