● If you fail to pick up your order and are more than 1 hour late beyond the specified time without prior notice, the order will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued; please note this in advance.

* Given the nature of these products, cancellations and refunds are not possible after an order has been placed. Additionally, changes to the delivery date cannot be accommodated after December 10 (Thursday); please be aware of this in advance.
* Reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to the usage date. (Orders will be closed once the limited quantity is sold out.)
