- Advance reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance and up until the day of your visit.

[About Same-Day Information & Reservations]
- The price will differ if you pay in-store on the day. (Weekdays: ¥3,200; Weekends and Holidays: ¥3,800)
[Cases Where Entry Will Be Denied]
You will not be allowed entry in the following cases. Refunds will not be given in these cases, so please be sure to check.
- Entering the store with pets.
- Pregnant customers.
- Customers who have been drinking alcohol.
- Visiting after interacting with animals at a pet shop or animal cafe on the same day.

[Important Notes When Visiting the Store]
- The usage time is one hour (complete rotation system, including entry and exit).
- Late arrivals will result in a shorter usage time. Thank you for your understanding.
- There is no waiting area, so early arrivals will not be permitted.
- For safety reasons, socks are required. (Stockings are not allowed)
- Biting, excrement, drool, etc. may soil your personal belongings or clothing. Please be aware that the animals may also bite you and may come into contact with you with their teeth or claws. Please use the facility at your own risk.
- Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not allow children under elementary school age to enter the facility.
- Pomskies appear on a rotating basis, so the number of animals and the members may change depending on the time of day. Please understand this.
