On Saturday, March 7th, REY will be hosting a full-pairing dinner of "Sake x Japanese-Peruvian Cuisine."

This evening's drinks will be provided by local Kawasaki sake and Takekuma Sake Shop.

Since the restaurant opened, they have been a valuable supporter, offering numerous suggestions for pairing sake with Peruvian cuisine and deeply understanding and supporting REY's cuisine.

On the day, we will invite the manager of Takekuma Motosumiyoshi to join us for a special evening, where he will explain the characteristics of each sake and how it pairs with the food.

The pairings will be fully prepared.

The menu will be a special seasonal course, an original REY creation, based on "Japanese-Peruvian Cuisine," a style derived from Peruvian cuisine that was hailed as "the best in the world" last year, incorporating seasonal winter ingredients.
Each dish will be paired with a different sake, bringing out new charms in Peruvian cuisine, taking into account the aroma, temperature, and aftertaste.

This is a one-night-only special dinner, limited to 10 people, with a simultaneous start.

This creative Peruvian cuisine combines Peruvian cuisine, unique to Peru, with the four seasons of Japan.

This course is served one dish at a time, making it easy to use for those who are new to Peruvian cuisine, as well as for entertaining guests and special occasions. Share the traditional course for a great deal! This is a style where customers share with each other. You can enjoy 5 dishes from appetizer to dessert. *The traditional course basically has the same content. *Orders can be made from 2 people. *The photo is an example.

You can enjoy REY's original seasonal course using seasonal ingredients and 4 types of alcohol pairings to go with the basic Peruvian cuisine share course. We offer combinations of Japanese sake, Peruvian local sake (pisco), wine, etc. *If you would like 6 full pairings (¥5500), please write in the memo. Changes on the day OK

Enjoy traditional Peruvian home cooking and local cuisine using local cooking techniques and ingredients. A great value course that comes with the most popular authentic ceviche in Peru (marinated fresh fish with just the right amount of sourness and spiciness that will make you addicted to it)♪

A lunch set where you can enjoy local home-cooked meals and local cuisine, using Peruvian cooking methods and ingredients. You can enjoy soups that can only be tasted on that day and main dishes that change monthly.

For some dinner courses, you can write a message on the existing dessert for free. If you choose a paid plate, you can choose the existing dessert + message, or one Peruvian dessert and fruit decoration.
