【Regarding Reservations】
● Reservations are available for groups of 2 or more people.
● The usage time is limited to 90 minutes from the reserved time.
● If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time, the reservation will be canceled.
● Although it may take some time to shop and make purchases at the Sanrio shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, please note that if 15 minutes pass after your reserved time, the reservation becomes invalid and a cancellation fee will apply.
● Seat locations cannot be chosen; please understand this in advance.
● We ask that each person place one order.
● A seating fee of 800 yen (tax included) per person applies, including children and infants.
● The seating fee must be paid in cash on the day of your visit. Credit card charges will only be applied if a cancellation fee is incurred.

● Walk-in seating is also available on the day. During busy periods, numbered tickets will be distributed.
　(You cannot choose the time slot; guests will be seated in order.)
