- Advance reservations are required for whole cakes and Sheraton Sweets Boxes.
- Reservations and online payment are accepted by 4:00 PM one month to three days prior to the pickup date.

Regular Cake & Sweets Buffet: 0% cancellation up until the day before, 100% cancellation on the day, 100% cancellation if no-show
Christmas Cake: 0% cancellation up until 5:00 PM two days before, 100% cancellation after that
