Please review the following notes before booking
✅Access to the observation facility is via stairs (120 steps round trip). Guests who cannot ascend/descend stairs on their own cannot use the facility.
✅Use is limited to guests in elementary school and older. (Elementary and junior high students must be accompanied by a guardian)
✅The facility may be closed without prior notice due to weather or other conditions. Please enter a phone number that is reachable on the day of your visit.
✅We restrict items brought into the observation facility. Please refrain from bringing umbrellas or parasols. Lockers are available, so please store hats, scarves, and other items that can be blown away together with your baggage.
✅The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by items brought by guests that are scattered or fall due to wind.
✅During viewing, please refrain from carrying children on shoulders or lifting/holding them in a way that may be dangerous.
✅For safety, entry to areas other than the observation facility is strictly prohibited. If you do not follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the observation facility.
✅Smoking, dangerous behavior, and bringing hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
✅If the weather changes suddenly or in an emergency, please follow staff instructions. Staff may also refuse entry if they judge it to be dangerous.
