"Bijou Heart L" is a lustrous, deep red heart-shaped chocolate measuring approximately 20cm in diameter.
The heart is made with 35% Felchlin Opus White chocolate and the base is Barry Callebaut ruby chocolate, creating a flavor that combines a mellow richness with the fruity acidity unique to ruby, softly spreading throughout the mouth. The bonbons peeking out from the gaps in the heart and the sparkle of gold powder add a touch of elegance befitting a special gift.
The L size contains an assortment of 12 types of bonbons, including "Aiglon Rais," a milk chocolate filled with almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, and honey nougat, and "Noix Miel," a ganache rich with the aroma of French walnuts.

The fragrant, chewy "Salted Truffle Butter" is made using wheat from Hokkaido, and is carefully prepared over three days. Using the Yudane method, part of the wheat is boiled in water to create a smooth texture like mochi. The dough is then aged at a low temperature, and chopped truffles, white truffle oil, unsalted butter, and French fleur de sel are generously kneaded into it, before being steamed until fluffy. When you put it in your mouth, the rich aroma of butter and truffles spreads, and it is delicious either as is or lightly toasted.
