Welcome to “Kyoto Shabu-Shabu Niseko”, newly relocated and reopened from the Hirafu area to in front of Niseko Station (Chuo-dori).

Using the same premium broth that has been a hallmark of this Kyoto-based restaurant for over 50 years, we offer a course featuring carefully selected premium Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, along with delicate and delicious Kyoto-style side dishes. Vegetarian-friendly options are also available.

• Requests regarding seat preferences may not always be accommodated; please understand this in advance.
• If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to treat the reservation as canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
• The surrounding roads can get extremely congested; please allow extra time if arriving by car or bus.
• For reservations of 10 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

[Cancellation Policy]

[For course bookings]
Cancellation 2 days (48 hours) prior: 100% of the course fee applies.

• In cases where a guest fails to show up or arrives more than 15 minutes past their reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost will apply.

[Service charge]
A separate 10% service charge is applied.
