● Our sushi courses are offered in two sessions: starting at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
● The restaurant has 8 counter seats and 2 raised seating areas (each seating 4–6 people). If there are many guests, seats may be separated; please understand this in advance.
● Reservations for children aged 7 to 11 are accepted. Please be sure to select a course labeled “For Children.” Unfortunately, reservations for children under 6 are not permitted. Guests aged 12 and above will be treated as adults.

Reservations consisting solely of children’s menus cannot be accepted. Please note this in advance.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled on the same day. Please keep this in mind.
●
During winter in Niseko, it can be difficult to arrange taxis; therefore, we cannot provide taxi booking services. If needed, we recommend making arrangements in advance.
●
Our restaurant is located on the former site of “Kani Sushi Kato Hinzan” (the management team has changed).

Our cancellation policy is as follows.
If you expect to be late for your reservation, please be sure to contact us.
If no contact is made and you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the total reservation fee will be charged.
[Cancellations]
・Cancellations made 3 days prior (72 hours before the reserved time): 100% of the course fee
・Cancellations made 7 days prior: 50% of the course fee
※ For reservations made for seats only, a cancellation fee of 5,000 yen per person applies.
[Reservation changes]
Due to considerations related to ingredient procurement and preparation, any changes to the number of guests or reservation date may also incur cancellation fees according to our policy. Please understand this in advance.
