As the portions are quite large for dinner at our restaurant, this time we're focusing on quality over quantity. You'll be able to enjoy a variety of ingredients from winter to spring, depending on what's in stock!
The details will be a surprise for you on the day. We will refrain from listing them as we want to be flexible and offer different ingredients each day. We plan to prioritize quality over quantity, so we plan to offer a taste comparison of kabayaki and shirayaki eel at the end of the meal. If you have any requests, such as wanting to eat shirayaki with alcohol midway through or wanting only kabayaki for rice, please contact us by phone and we will be flexible to accommodate your needs!

This is the season for pufferfish milt. Each person will be treated to a luxurious meal of a whole tiger pufferfish and its milt. Normally, milt is best after January, but seeing how other ingredients are late in coming into season these days, I think this is the perfect time for a gourmet tour! Please enjoy the deliciousness of pufferfish that has been well-aged to bring out its flavor.

This is the season for pufferfish milt. Each person will be treated to a luxurious meal of a whole tiger pufferfish and its milt. Normally, milt is best after January, but seeing how other ingredients are late in coming into season these days, I think this is the perfect time for a gourmet tour! Please enjoy the deliciousness of pufferfish that has been well-aged to bring out its flavor.
MENU COLLECT Start with a welcome glass of champagne and a small plate, and you'll be surprised at what comes after. Please come and eat without knowing what's on the menu. Since we use a whole tiger pufferfish for each person, you'll get a full menu! Pufferfish to eat with ponzu sauce from start to finish. We won't do anything that's not fun!
