Cancellation fees
• Guests who cancel their reservations will be charged cancellation fees as outlined below. Please note this in advance.
• Cancellation with no notice or on the same day: 100% of the reservation fee
• Cancellation on the previous day: 50% of the reservation fee
However, in cases where special arrangements are made following prior consultation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged starting 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

※ Group cancellations are subject to the following policy.

[Cancellation policy for groups (10 or more guests)]
If a group reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be applied based on the number of guests.
For groups of 10–100 guests: No notice or same-day cancellation incurs 100% fee; cancellation on the previous day incurs 80%; cancellation 2–7 days prior incurs 50%; cancellation 14–21 days prior incurs 20%.
For groups of 101–190 guests, in addition to the above, a 10% cancellation fee applies starting 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive notification of the cancellation.
