▶ Allergy Information
We cannot accommodate the following allergies:
・Soy ・Wheat ・Iodine (seafood, seaweed, etc.) ・Lactose ・Severe allergies in children
Due to our kitchen environment, it is difficult to completely eliminate allergens; therefore, guests with severe allergies may want to bring their own meals.

▶ For reservations of 6 or more people, please call the restaurant directly.
▶ Lunch set reservations must be made by 2:00 PM.
▶ Even if you specify allergy information in the remarks section, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We will handle such inquiries over the phone, but we may not be able to meet all requests—please understand this.
▶ Any changes must be made by the day before your reservation. No-shows or cancellations without notice will incur a cancellation fee.
▶ If we do not receive contact from you within 30 minutes of your scheduled arrival time, the reservation will be treated as canceled.
▶ Online reservations for lunch must be made by 8:00 PM the previous day; for dinner, by 3:00 PM on the same day.
▶ Online reservations do not allow seat selection. Even if you specify your preferences in the request field, we may not be able to respond—please note this in advance.
▶ For lunch, on weekdays we offer the Hanakago Zen set menu; on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we offer the Hanakago Honzen set menu. Different service times apply depending on the menu.
▶ For customers ordering takeout-only meals, please enter “1” in the number of guests field.

▶ During the cherry blossom season (March 20–April 10; dates vary yearly based on the calendar), all reservations and changes must be handled via phone.
