Orders & Reservations
Eligibility: This service is available exclusively for guests who have already completed their room reservations.
Deadline: Please place your order at least 3 days prior to your check-in date (excluding special periods). For urgent requests past this deadline, contact Room Service at +81-3-3238-0050.

Delivery Policy
Condition: Items will be delivered only while you are present in your room. (Advanced setup prior to your check-in is not available.)
Time: Deliveries will be made within 30 minutes of your requested time.

Payment & Service Charge
Payment: All charges will be billed to your room. If you prefer separate payments, please specify in the comment section.
Service Charge: Please note that a 15% service charge will be added to your total.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email or phone within the following timeframes:
Beverages: By 6:00 p.m. on the day before delivery
Cakes & Food items: Up to 3 days prior to delivery
No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
