▶We start all meals at the same time so that our customers can enjoy their food in the best possible condition, so please be sure to arrive at your reservation time (course duration: approximately 2 hours). If you are unavoidably late, please contact us immediately. In that case, please note that we will give priority to customers who are already in the queue as we prepare and serve the food. Please note that if we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and no refunds will be given.

▶Photos and videos are allowed. However, please be considerate so that other customers are not included in the photos. Please also refrain from using shutter sounds and flashes.

▶Dress code: Smart casual. (You have to take off your shoes to come inside.)
