▶ Unadon typically takes about 40 minutes to prepare. During busy times, it may take 50 minutes to 1 hour.
▶ Please order Unadon according to the number of guests. (Children up to elementary school age may share a portion.)
▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding table assignments.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled for that day.
▶ Same-day cancellations or reductions in the number of guests incur a cancellation fee, regardless of whether there are any special circumstances such as illness. (For set menus, this applies until noon the day before the scheduled date.)
▶ Reservations are accepted for up to 10 guests.
▶ However, for groups of 7 or more, please understand that there may be a delay in serving the dishes.
▶ Set menus are served only in the evening, and only after all guests have arrived. (The latest start time is 18:30.)
