1. Starter: Keyspring’s Ichiban Dashi (Clear Soup)
2. Appetizers: Simmered Shrimp, Wine-Infused Trout Sushi, Simmered Green Lipped Mussels, Sasamaki Fu
3. Steamed Dish: Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg Custard) with Raclette Cheese and Salmon Roe
4. Sashimi: Bluefin Tuna, Hokki Clam, Botan Shrimp
5. Grilled Dish: Grilled Silver Cod with Yuzu Miso, Niseko Potatoes
6. Main Course: Steamed Oysters, Grilled Scallop with Butter
