【What is FastPass】
If you purchase and specify an arrival time, you can skip to the front of the line at that time! Same-day purchases are also possible!
※This is not a seat reservation. During busy periods, or depending on the length of stay of customers who are eating before you, you may still experience a short wait.
※This is not a fully reservation-only system.
　We continue to accept customers who line up on the day, so if FastPass slots are sold out you may still come directly to the store.

Reservation Rules
●Each purchase is valid for up to 4 people.
※During the Kamimukae Festival period（11/21~12/10）, slots are expanded and purchases can be made for 1–6 people.
●If a child requires a seat, please include them in the number of people when booking.
※If a child will be held on a lap and does not require a seat, no reservation is necessary.
●We open FastPass slots two weeks in advance.
●Please make one order per person.
●The specified time is only an approximate guideline.
●If you are more than 20 minutes late for your specified time, we may not be able to seat you with priority.
※On busy days the roads may also be congested. If you come by car, please use nearby coin-operated parking.
※If you are delayed due to arranging parking, please inform our staff when you arrive.
●Please note that if you purchase a FastPass in advance, we cannot issue a refund even if there is no line at the store on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please arrive with your entire party; do not have one representative wait alone.
●The store may be forced to close temporarily due to business reasons or severe weather such as heavy snow. In such cases we will contact customers who purchased FastPasses and refund the FastPass fee.

Changes to FastPass Date/Time or Number of People
We cannot accept any changes to the number of people or the date/time after purchase for any reason.
If you need to change the date/time or number of people, we apologize but please cancel and purchase again.
※Please note that refunds for cancellations cannot be provided in such cases.
