What is a FastPass?
Purchase a FastPass with a specific arrival time and skip to the front of the line!
Same-day purchases are also available!
*This is not a seat reservation. There may be a short wait during peak hours or depending on the length of time that previous dining customers are present.
*Reservations are not required.
We will still provide same-day seating for those in line, so if all slots are sold out, you can simply show up.
Reservation Rules
●Up to four people can be accommodated per purchase.
●If children require a seat, please include them in the reservation.
*If you do not require a seat because you are carrying a baby, a reservation is not required.
●FastPass slots are available two weeks in advance.
●Please limit your order to one per person.
●The specified time is only a guideline.
●If you are more than 20 minutes late for your designated time, we may not be able to seat you first.
*Roads may be congested during peak hours. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.
*If you are delayed due to parking arrangements, please explain this to a staff member.
●If you have purchased a FastPass in advance, refunds will not be given even if there is no line at the store on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please come to the store together as a group, rather than waiting for a representative.
●We may be forced to close temporarily due to store circumstances or weather conditions such as heavy snow.
In such cases, we will contact customers who have purchased a FastPass and refund the FastPass fee.
Changing the Date, Time, or Number of Guests
We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or date and time after purchase, regardless of the reason.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and purchase a new one.
*In this case, we will not be able to provide refunds for the canceled portion.
