Reservation Guidelines
▶ Advance Course Booking
Reservations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your desired seating time.
A course must be selected for each seated guest, and the same course must be selected for the entire table.
▶ Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available with a minimum of 12 hours notice.
▶ Allergies
Our menu contains dairy (cream, cheese, butter, milk), seafood, shellfish (oysters, scallops), crustaceans (prawns, lobster), mushrooms, nuts, pork, and red meat (beef, venison, lamb).
Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance, including:
Number of guests with allergy
Specific allergies and which guest they apply to.
Due to preparation time, menu changes cannot be made after arrival.
▶ Celebrations
For birthdays or special occasions, we can include a complimentary message on a dessert plate. Please add details in the reservation comments.
▶ Group Reservations
For 12 or more guests, private events, or alternative seating times, please contact us directly.
▶ Seating Notes
For reservations of 1–2 guests, seating may be at the bar if tables are unavailable.
▶ Dress Code
Smart casual. Please change into slippers at the entrance.
Cancellation Policy
▶ Changes to headcount, seating time, or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
▶ Cancellations, no-shows, or reduced headcounts within 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
▶ If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking may be cancelled. Please notify us if you are running late.
▶Our cancelation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
*Cancellations related to COVID, illness and travel changes are also subject to charges.
