After your application, we will check the availability of boats at the Cormorant Fishing Viewing Boat Office.
We will contact you by email or phone once your boat seats are secured.
The official contract will be finalized after we send you the official document by email or other means and payment (credit card payment/bank transfer) is completed.
<Cancellation Policy>
Cancellation fees for travel plans (calculated from the cancellation date)
■ Cancellation Fee List (per person)
20 to 8 days before the start date of the trip: 20% of the travel price
7 to 5 days before the start date of the trip: 30% of the travel price
4 to 2 days before the start date of the trip: 50% of the travel price
The day before the start date of the trip or on the day of the trip (before the start of the trip): 100% of the travel price
After the start of the trip or no-show without notice: 100% of the travel price

Cancellations will be accepted by phone or email during business hours.
In the case of "Cormorant Fishing Cancellation" due to weather conditions, etc., please check the respective travel terms and conditions. Depending on when you cancel, you may be charged actual fees.
