▶Reservations for teppan are accepted from 2 adults.
▶Please note that the seating is limited for 2 hours.
▶The menu details and prices may change without prior notice depending on the supply and seasonal conditions.
▶The prices listed are subject to 15% service charge.
▶We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments at Teppan: Hotel robes, Male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments.
▶From December 20, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and on February 16 to February 17, 2026, dinner reservations will be accepted exclusively for guests staying at Park Hyatt Niseko. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
