At Japanese Restaurant "Hyuga-kai," we offer a variety of dishes that express the blessings of Miyazaki's sea, mountains, and land, as well as the aesthetics of Japanese cuisine. From kaiseki cuisine reflecting the four seasons, to sushi showcasing the craftsmanship of skilled artisans, to the comforting warmth of hot pot dishes, we offer a diverse range of cuisine to suit both everyday occasions and special days. The restaurant's design is based on the concept of "a space where the essence and charm of Japanese culture harmonize," embodying the timeless "classic of Japanese style." Using authentic materials such as wood, stone, and earth, and employing skilled craftsmanship, the space is finished in a tranquil and dignified atmosphere, while also conveying the warmth of Miyazaki.

お酒のお供にぴったりの小鉢や、磯の香りが広がる海鼠腸（なまこわた）の茶碗蒸しとともに、職人目利きの握りをご堪能ください。最後は季節の甘味で、心温まるひとときを。

唐辛子の香りや辛さ際立つ魚介と牛骨の激辛スープとみやざき地頭鶏のガラをたっぷり使って、じっくり低温で旨味を引き出したスープでお楽しみいただけます。それぞれのスープの旨味や、味比べを楽しみつつ、こだわり具材も見逃せません。ほどよい食感で良質な肉の旨味、甘みを感じる宮崎牛のブリスケ。さっぱりしながらも旨味と甘みに定評がある宮崎のブランドポーク「観音池ポーク」、軟骨の食感も楽しめる鶏のつくね、しまうら真鯛、宮崎野菜などが、スープの旨味をさらに引き立てます。
