▶Cutoff time for changes/cancellations:
For group up to 9 : 24 hours prior to the reservation date
For group of 10 to 14 : 72 hours prior to the reservation date
For group of 15 and more : 7 days prior to the reservation date
▶ For cancellations made after cutoff time, refundable deposit, ¥10,000 (Tax Excl.) per person will be taken as the cancellation fee.
▶ If you are late to your reservation without notice, we will cancel it automatically.
