Maou: A long-established brewery founded in 1904. This brand was created to stop the decline in shochu, and is characterized by its surprisingly mellow and fruity aroma, so much so that some people say it doesn't taste like shochu. Murao: Shochu made by uncompromising craftsmen is exceptional. The taste is a shochu that allows you to enjoy the traditional potato flavor that is ``this is potato shochu.'' A very expensive wooden barrel distiller is used to express a unique soft taste. It is a deep, flavorful masterpiece with a unique world view that has a strong presence. Moriizo: It uses low-pesticide sweet potatoes (Kogane Senkan) grown by contract farmers, and the water is underground water from the Takakuma mountain range. It is brewed in a small brewery with about 15 staff members using earthenware pots, and is carefully brewed while adhering to the manufacturing method that the previous generation developed through repeated research. The flavor is easy to drink with a rounded mouthfeel that can only be achieved by brewing in an earthenware pot, and the fresh aroma of sweet potato is still present. It has no potato smell and is characterized by a mellow and gentle taste.

Tsunuki : "Single Malt Tsunuki" is made at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, located in the green mountains southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, blessed with a basin-specific climate with temperature differences and high-quality spring water from the Kuratayama mountain range. The "2024 Edition" is a single malt whiskey released in 2024 that is a vatting of malt liquor aged in various barrels, mainly bourbon barrels and sherry casks. It has a soft, sweet and mellow aroma and a deep, rich flavor. HHAE : Arranged by the blenders at Mars Tsunuki Distillery, with the image of a wind blowing from the south. A light-tasting blended whiskey with a slightly peaty aroma reminiscent of the tropics. A product limited to Kagoshima to commemorate the opening of the Mars Tsunuki Distillery in November 2016. *"HHAE" comes from the name for the southern wind (hae), which is often used in the Kyushu region. Kanosuke : Kanosuke Distillery's first standard Japanese whiskey, "Single Malt Kanosuke". Made with non-peated malt and aged in American white oak recharred casks, the whiskey is vatted from multiple barrels. It is diluted to 48% with a non-chill filter and bottled.
