Somoza Restaurant is a unique dining experience set in a restyled 150 year old Kominka (Traditional Japanese Farmhouse) in the Hanazono hills of Niseko. The Chef’s Set Menu is inspired by Hokkaido’s rich history and beautiful produce utilizing incredible local ingredients and famous seafood.

◆ Reservations ◆
Online reservations are available up to 30 days in advance.
Priority to dine at SOMOZA is given to guests staying at our SHIGUCHI Villas.
Please note that the number of available seats is limited for visitors, and private bookings are not accepted for non-staying guests. Thank you for your understanding.

18:00 – Welcome drink at the gallery
18:30 – Dinner service begins (first course served)

＜2nd Seating＞
19:00 – Welcome drink at the gallery
19:30 – Dinner service begins (first course served)

Price: ¥38,500 per person (tax included)

※Please allow approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes for the full course.
※Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to your dining date.
Same-day reservations are not accepted.
※Children under 11 years old are not permitted.

◆ Access ◆
Please note that we do not provide or arrange transportation services.
Currently, the Niseko area is experiencing a severe shortage of taxis.
We kindly ask that you secure transportation to and from the restaurant in advance, and avoid making reservations on the day of your arrival in Niseko.


If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

To ensure a special dining experience, please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions (including whether you can consume dashi or bouillon).
Please note that we are unable to accommodate vegan or dairy-free requests.

If you are staying at accommodation near Niseko, please let us know the name of the accommodation and your reservation name.
Do you have any allergies or food you don't like? (Please check with everyone accompanying you.) Our menu contains walnuts, almonds, buckwheat flour, eggs, shellfish, crustaceans (shrimp, crab), bouillon, wheat flour, dairy products, rose family ingredients, truffles, spices, etc.
