For two nights only, Sushi L'Abysse Osaka is honored to welcome Michelin-starred Chef Guillaume Bracaval from est, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, for an exclusive culinary collaboration.
Chef Bracaval will present a unique tasting menu celebrating the harmony of French gastronomy, Japanese terroir, and the timeless artistry of Edomae sushi.
This exceptional collaboration will be available exclusively on September 18 and 19 during dinner service only.

The evening will begin with doors opening at 6:00 PM, followed by a prompt dinner service at 6:30 PM.
Guests will enjoy an exclusive Omakase Dinner paired with a curated selection of IWA sake for ¥80,000 per person.
The event menu and sake pairing are included in the price. Any additional food or beverages ordered outside of the event pairing will be charged separately.
We are honored to welcome Richard Geoffroy, Founder & Maker of IWA Sake, who will personally guide guests through each sake served during the dinner, sharing the philosophy, craftsmanship, and inspiration behind every assemblage.
Richard Geoffroy is internationally recognized as the former fifth Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, a position he held for 28 years, where he helped shape one of the world's most prestigious Champagne houses. Following his deep admiration for Japan and its culture, he founded IWA Sake of Japan in Toyama, pioneering a new vision of sake through the art of assemblage the harmonious blending of different rice varieties and yeast strains to create balance, elegance, and complexity.
This intimate evening offers a rare opportunity to discover IWA through the vision of its creator while experiencing the refined cuisine of Sushi L'ABYSSE in an unforgettable setting.

On Saturday, September 26, we will host a one-night-only special dinner event at “Sushi L’ABYSSE Osaka” to fully appreciate the artistry of IWA Sake.
