To ensure everyone enjoys their time at Shake Tree, we have some important information to share.

■ Reservations & Cancellations

Late Arrivals (15+ Minutes): If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot reach you, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please call us if you will be late.

Contact: We may call you to confirm your reservation details.

Seating: We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Reservations for Groups of 9 or More

For groups of 9 or more (including children), please contact us directly by phone.

■ For Guests with Children

Baby Food, etc.: For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing in baby food or snacks.

Ordering: We require a “one order per person” policy for children aged 3 and above.

Facilities: We do not have a diaper changing bed. While we do not have a multi-purpose toilet, wheelchair users can enter the restaurant with ease.

■ Restaurant Requests and Information

Non-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the day.

Dress Code: Students in school uniforms are not permitted during dinner service after 5:00 PM.

Parking & Bicycle Parking: We do not have dedicated parking. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. Bicycle riders are welcome to ask staff for guidance.

Payment: Cash, major credit cards, and PayPay are accepted.
