Reservation ●At the time of reservation, the reservation fee will be settled by credit card. For drinks and other expenses when dining on the day, please use the card at the time of reservation to make a contactless payment or make a separate payment. ●Please note that we may not be able to meet your specific seat requests. ●Meals start at 12:00 for lunch, 18:00 for dinner, and 20:30 for dinner. ●You may be refused entry if you are wearing a strong perfume. ●If you would like to reserve a private room, please contact the store directly. Cancellation ●Please contact us in advance if you wish to cancel or change your reservation. ●In case of cancellation on the day, 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Also, if you cancel up to the day before the reservation date, 50% of the reservation price will be charged as a cancellation fee. *Regarding cancellations and reservation changes other than the day, basically refunds cannot be made even if the reservation is changed after the payment is completed. ●If you cannot contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
