Reservation
●We will receive your credit card information at the time of reservation.
●Please feel free to ask for Table Check Pay (cashless payment) on the day of your visit using the card on file at the time of your reservation.

●Please note that we may not be able to meet your specific seat requests.
●Meals start at 12:00 for lunch, 18:00 for dinner, and 20:30 for dinner.
●Our dinner course will take about 2 hours.
●If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, all dishes will not be served.

Cancellation
●Cancel or change your reservation, yourself on the Table Check website.
●Cancellation on the day of reservation or the day before will be charged 100% of the course fee.
●Cancellation made 2 days prior to the reserved date will be charged 50% of the course fee.
●Cancellation up to 3 days prior to the reserved date will not incur a cancellation fee.

●If you do not show up 15 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation will be cancelled.
No matter what the circumstances may be, late arrivals without notice will be cancelled.
Please be sure to let us know if you will be late.
Also, our food is served at the same time as other customers, so if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to serve you all of your food.

About FAQs
●No parking is available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking.
●There is no dress code, but you may be refused entry if you are wearing a perfume.
●We kindly ask that you take photos without sound. Also, please refrain from using single-lens reflex cameras if they make noise.
●No Outside food or drink allowed.
●We do not speak English. If you do not speak Japanese, you cannot converse with the owner.
