[About Ordering]
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day orders.
- We can accommodate allergies and food intolerances. Please enter details in the request section.
- On the day of your visit, there may be a significant delay between your order and serving.
- Please contact us in advance once your course is decided.
- All-you-can-drink options are available for groups of four or more.
- When ordering, please select your course and all-you-can-drink menu.

[About the Number of Guests in a Reservation]
- For small children not eating a course, please enter them in the "7 and under" number of guests.
- For children eating a course, please include them in the "adult" number of guests.

[About Children]
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school students), and a children's menu is available.
- Hot water for milk and children's tableware are provided.
- For children's menus such as baby food and children's meals, please make reservations at least one day in advance.

[Cancellation Fees]
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your reservation, even if the number of guests decreases.
- For reservations for tables only
On the day of your reservation: Lunch: ¥2,000 (tax included)/person, Dinner: ¥4,000 (tax included)/person
*The above cancellation fees will be charged even if the number of guests decreases on the day.

[For reservations of 10 or more people]
Please exchange your "Reservation Confirmation" via CloudSign or fax.
Please note that your reservation will be confirmed once the "Reservation Confirmation" has been exchanged.
Our concierge will contact you again.
In addition, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- 3 days before your reservation: 50% of the total amount
- The day before your reservation: 80% of the total amount
- The day of your reservation: 100% of the total amount

*The above cancellation fees will be charged even if the number of guests decreases on the day.
*Due to the busy season in December, some courses may not be available for reservation.
*December only: 2 weeks before the reservation date: 30% of the total amount, 1 week before: 50%, on the day: 100%. Cancellation fees will be charged, including if the number of people decreases on the day. Please contact us by phone for details.
