▶ Please note that we cannot accept specific seating requests such as window seats in advance.
　※ For guests with a 17:30 dinner reservation, window seats will be prioritized. (May not be available on exceptionally busy days or during the Xmas dinner period.)
▶ During dinner service, we politely request that children in elementary school or younger do not enter the dining room unless using a private room.
　※ Exception: family plans for hotel guests.
▶ If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation and we cannot reach you, we may have to treat the reservation as cancelled. If you will be late, please contact us.
▶ For same-day cancellations, changes to the number of guests, or no-shows, we will charge ¥1,500 per person for lunch and ¥3,000 per person for dinner.
Guests on a package that includes meals will be handled according to the accommodation terms.
Group plan menus (Group Lunch / Year-end & New Year / Welcome & Farewell / Party / Party Anniversary / Meeting the Family) are subject to separate banquet terms.
