▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶Same-day cancellations, changes in the number of guests, or no-notice cancellations will incur a fee of ¥1,500 per person for lunch and ¥3,000 per person for dinner.
Guests with meals included will be subject to the accommodation terms and conditions.
Group plan menus (Group Lunch/New Year's Eve/Welcome/Farewell Party/Party/Anniversary Party/Meeting) have separate banquet terms and conditions.
