▶ Regarding Pickup Time: Your order will be prepared by the time you select, so please arrive between that time and closing time at 6:30 PM.
▶If you are unable to arrive on the same day as your reservation, your order will be canceled. (Refunds are not offered for cancellations on the day of your reservation. Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM the day before.)
Please note that refunds are not available.
★ If you would like your design cookie tin shipped, please select a reservation date close to your desired shipping date. Please specify your desired shipping date (Letter Pack Plus) or delivery date (Yamato Transport Takkyubin) in the comments section.
▶Tarte Fraise will be unavailable from June to November. (We may be able to prepare tarts for you if there is time for pickup. Please contact us by phone. Prices start from ¥5,000 for size 4.)

☆<b><red>Strawberry stock is unstable from June to November, so if there is no stock, the "Fruit Tart" and "Fruit Platter" may not have strawberries on them. Please understand this before making your reservation. (There was no shortage of stock last year.)

▶For orders of 6 or more pieces or if you have any questions, please call us before making your reservation.
We may also be able to accommodate urgent orders over the phone.
▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests even if they are stated in the request field.
(For example, we cannot accommodate requests for less sugar (reducing the sugar makes the cream oily).)
▶The actual product may differ slightly in terms of decorations and fruit from the photo.

▶<b><red>All orders must be paid in advance. Refunds will not be given if you fail to pick up your order without contacting us.

*If you wish to change your reservation details, you will need to make a new reservation and then cancel your original reservation. When you arrive, please inform a staff member that you have canceled your original reservation. (The credit card prepayment for your original reservation will be refunded at a later date.)

Frage 1 Erf

★ Whole cakes come with a message plate (one free per whole cake, please write on an additional plate for any additional candles). If you would like candles, please enter the message and the number of candles. Candles are available in thick, short and long thin types. (We recommend thin candles as they require a smaller hole) (Up to 12 long thin candles are allowed) For those over 12 years old, we can accommodate candles of different thicknesses. Example: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOMOKA" 3 thick candles, 6 thin candles (36 years old)

Customers who purchase two or more entremets (whole cakes) will receive one free bag (all cakes will be packed together).
Bags will also be provided for customers who purchase size 7 or larger.
