▶ Regarding pickup times: We prepare the items by the time you’ve selected, so please come to the store between that time and closing at 18:30. ★★On August 1, due to traffic restrictions for the Toda-bashi Fireworks Festival, we will be open only until 17:00★★
▶ If you are unable to visit on the same day as your reservation, we regret that we must cancel it. In general, no refunds are issued for same-day cancellations. Please cancel at least by 18:00 the day before. Please note that refunds cannot be provided.
★ If you’d like to have the design cookie tin shipped, please select a reservation date close to your preferred shipping date. Please specify your desired shipping date (Letter Pack Plus) or delivery date (Yamato Transport) in the remarks section.
▶ From June through November, we suspend sales of Tarte Fraise. However, if you can wait until pickup, we may still be able to prepare it—please feel free to call us to discuss. Price: ¥5,000 or more for size 4.
☆ From June through November, strawberry availability is unpredictable; there may be instances where strawberries are not included in “Fruit Tart” or “Fruit Platter.” Please make your reservations with this understanding. (Last year, there were no instances of unavailability.)

▶ For orders of 6 or more items or if you have any questions, please call us before making a reservation. Additionally, urgent orders may sometimes be accommodated via phone.
▶ Even if noted in the request section, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests—please understand this. (For example, we cannot reduce the amount of sugar used, as doing so makes the whipped cream taste greasy.)
▶ The actual product may differ slightly from the photo in terms of decorations or fruits used.

▶ All payments must be made in advance. No refunds will be issued if you fail to pick up your order without prior notice.

※ To modify a reservation, you must first make a new reservation and then cancel the original one. Upon arrival, please inform staff that you’ve canceled your original reservation. The amount prepaid for the original reservation will be refunded later.

★Whole cakes come with a message plate (one free message plate per whole cake; please write on an additional plate for subsequent messages).
If you would like candles, please enter your message and the number of candles. Candles are available in short, thick, and elongated types. (Thinner candles are recommended as they require a smaller hole.)
(Up to 12 elongated candles are allowed.) For children 12 years of age and older, we can accommodate candles of different thicknesses.

Example: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOMOKA" - 3 thick candles, 6 thin candles (36 years old)
