Notice Regarding Restaurant "Kakatojo"

Thank you for your continued patronage of ONSEN RYOKAN Yuen Shinjuku.

We regret to inform you that our restaurant "Kakatojo," located on the first floor of our establishment, will be closing its current operations on Sunday, May 31, 2026, in order to provide an even higher quality dining experience and to move towards new developments.

We, the entire staff, express our sincere gratitude for the warm support and patronage we have received from so many customers over the years since our opening.

We plan to reopen this autumn with a new look. In this newly renovated space, the same staff will welcome you with the same gratitude.

Further details will be announced on our website and other channels as soon as preparations are complete. We apologize for any inconvenience and disruption caused to our customers during this time, including the planned facility renovations starting in June. We, the entire staff, are sincerely looking forward to welcoming you back in our new form.


▶Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. Please use the smoking room on the 1st floor.

▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you will be late.
