*Please note that if there are no BBQ evening bookings, we may not be able to answer the phone.
We cannot accept reservations by email or message. Also, evening bookings are accepted for parties of 5 or more (infants are not counted).
▶ Deadline for weekday evening reservations: 23:59, two days before the desired date.

*Closed day: Monday
Our regular closing day is Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, we will be open that day and closed the following Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding.

About reservations
▶ Please contact us for reservations of 50 guests or more.
*Same-day reservations may be accepted if space is available. Please call to confirm, as availability is not guaranteed.
▶ If multiple groups would like to be seated near each other, please write your request in the "Notes" field at the end of the reservation page.
*Please understand that requests may not be met depending on the day’s crowding.
▶ For changes to the number of guests or ordered meals, please cancel online first and then make a new reservation. We cannot accept cancellations or changes by phone, email, or message.

About seating
▶ All seats are sofa seats.
▶ We cannot accept seat location requests in advance. Thank you for understanding.
▶ Total capacity: 112 seats (12 sites for 6 people / 8 sites for 5 people / total 112 seats)
▶ We offer 5-person and 6-person seating options.
▶ The headcount applies to elementary school age and above; infants are not counted. If you have many infants and seating is insufficient, we can provide extra chairs.
▶ Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Please do not smoke at the seats.

Bringing your own food and drinks
▶ You are free to bring your own food and drinks regardless of the plan you choose.
▶ It is also possible to bring additional food if you have reserved a set menu or à la carte items.
*Please note the restaurant assumes no responsibility for any brought-in items.

Notes
▶ The BBQ will operate in light rain, but may be canceled in severe weather such as typhoons or thunderstorms. If canceled, we will notify you by email by the day before.
▶ Park parking is available, but when games are held at the adjacent baseball field, congestion may cause delays entering or exiting. Please allow extra time.
▶ Parking lot closing times during BBQ use:
Please exit the parking lot from the "Pia Park Myoden" entrance by the following times, as the parking facility will close after these times:

▶ There is no cooking/prep area available, so please bring ingredients ready to grill.
