*If any of the above actions are observed, we will ask other guests in your group to clean up after themselves.
▶ Bringing fire equipment (stoves, charcoal grills, etc.) is prohibited due to its danger.
▶ The use of barbecue sheets is prohibited due to the risk of explosion.
▶ Playing bubbles, playing ball, or other actions that disturb other guests.
▶ Damaging the floors, walls, or equipment within the facility.
▶ Please refrain from using the facility in any seating other than that designated by the facility.
▶ Please refrain from using the facility without notifying additional guests.
If such behavior is detected, a fee will be charged for each additional person.
* If you do not leave your seat within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, an extension fee of ¥500 per person will be charged.
▶ You can use the park's parking lot, but it may be crowded during games at the adjacent baseball field, and it may take time to find a parking spot. Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
▶The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, but may be cancelled in the event of severe weather such as typhoons or thunderstorms. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by email at least one day in advance.

If you order individual items, you will be charged for the missing items on the day.

▶About cancellations▶No cancellation fee will be charged until 23:59 three days before the date of use. After that, 100% will be charged. Example: If the date of use is 5/15, the cancellation deadline is 23:59 on 5/12, three days before. After 5/13, 100% will be charged. ・Please decide whether or not to use the service at least three days before.
