Cancellations & changes in party size
▶If you need to change the number of guests or meals, please kindly cancel your reservation online and make a new booking. Cancellations cannot be processed via phone, email, or messages, so please understand this in advance.

Cancellations due to bad weather
▶Cancellations due to inclement weather will be accepted until 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled date. Please decide whether to proceed with your visit by then. Please note that refunds for same-day cancellations are not available.

Seating arrangements
▶ All seats are sofa-style seating.
▶ Seat requests cannot be accommodated, so please keep this in mind.
▶ Up to 154 guests can be accommodated! (There are 14 sites for groups of 8 and 6 sites for groups of 7; total of 154 seats.) Private events are also possible – feel free to contact us for more details.

※All members of the group must use the all-you-can-drink option. Please be sure to select the quantity for everyone except preschool children.
※If the quantity of all-you-can-drink is insufficient, you will be charged for the difference on the day.

Mixing with those who do not use the all-you-can-drink option is not permitted.

Mixing alcoholic and soft drink all-you-can-drink options is permitted.

(Example: Out of 10 people, 8 will have alcohol and 2 will have soft drinks)

* Last order for all-you-can-drink is 30 minutes before the end time.

* If preschool children will be drinking soft drinks, please order them as well.

We will lend out plates, cutting boards, knives, tongs, scissors, disposable chopsticks, wet towels, and condiments (salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, soy sauce). *Please bring any other necessary equipment yourself.
*We do not provide hot plates. Please bring your own or purchase disposable aluminum plates (¥200) on-site.
*If there are a large number of children and there are not enough seats, we will lend out additional chairs.
*All prices include tax.
*Prices may change depending on the season.

▶ Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fees apply if canceled by 23:59, three days prior to the usage date.
After that time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, so please note this.
Example: If the usage date is May 15, the cancellation deadline is 23:59 on May 12, three days prior.
From May 13 onward, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Please decide whether to proceed with the booking by three days in advance.
▶ Changes in the number of participants
Changes in the number of participants are accepted if made by 23:59, three days prior to the usage date.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for any reduction in the number of participants due to customer reasons after that deadline.
▶ Cancellations due to bad weather
Cancellations due to weather conditions are accepted only until 10:00, one day prior to the usage date. Please make your decision to proceed by then.
※ No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of use, so please understand this.
