▶To allow as many guests to enjoy our restaurant, we have set time limits for each meal period. Lunch 90 minutes, Dinner 120 minutes and for Coffee/Tea use 60 minutes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

The high-quality Wagyu, with its juicy meat juices and rich umami, offers a luxurious taste that melts on your tongue. The original ginger dressing at 'KYOTO BISTRO' adds a refreshing touch to the salad, and the unique free-flowing French fries, which can be refilled as many times as you like, are freshly fried from potatoes cut in-house every day. Enjoy the crispy exterior followed by the fluffy interior of the potatoes, paired with three different sauces. The hearty set menu ends on a refreshing note with a strawberry and rhubarb sorbet, offering a tangy finish. Drizzled with the smooth orange liqueur “Grand Marnier,” the dish elevates into a sophisticated adult dessert, where the vibrant orange flavor harmonizes perfectly with the juicy strawberries and the tartness of the rhubarb.

Chef Stephane Pantel is beloved by many in Kyoto and has captivated gourmets. Although he has currently closed his own restaurant, he will make a special comeback this winter for two nights only at KYOTO BISTRO, the casual dining restaurant at Park Hyatt Kyoto, which values ties with the local community and aims to further develop Kyoto's food culture as a whole.
