The two main features of this course are our carefully selected yakitori grilled over high-quality domestic binchotan charcoal and Sakura truffle clay pot rice to finish off the meal.
We use raw minced horse meat (Sakura) from the fatty parts of the horse.
To finish off the meal, enjoy the blissful aroma of truffles shaved right in front of you.
From appetizers to salad, six carefully selected skewers, and a clay pot and soup to finish off the meal, this is a very satisfying course.
If you can't finish the clay pot, we'll make you some rice balls to finish it off, so please feel free to ask.
