An assortment of specialty dishes that Toribian -SAKURA- is proud of!

The two main features of this course are our carefully selected yakitori grilled over high-quality domestic binchotan charcoal and Sakura truffle clay pot rice to finish off the meal.
We use raw minced horse meat (Sakura) from the fatty parts of the horse.
To finish off the meal, enjoy the blissful aroma of truffles shaved right in front of you.
From appetizers to salad, six carefully selected skewers, and a clay pot and soup to finish off the meal, this is a very satisfying course.
If you can't finish the clay pot, we'll make you some rice balls to finish it off, so please feel free to ask.

Everything, from the light pickles to the three-piece obanzai platter, is prepared in-house.
Our expertly crafted yakitori is also prepared by hand by our skilled chefs.
Each skewer is carefully prepared, with different seasonings and doneness levels for each cut, and grilled to perfection over high-quality domestic binchotan charcoal to bring out its aroma.
For the final course, we serve rice with egg made with homemade minced chicken and a delicious chicken soup that rivals that of a ramen restaurant.
