We generally guide customers in the order of their arrival. A numbered ticket will be issued, and you will be guided into the restaurant.

◎Cancellation Policy◎
▶Cancellations or changes are subject to the following cancellation fees, calculated based on the reservation time:
24 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours before: 50% of the reservation fee
*Web cancellations can only be made through the website.

▶We are unable to accept specific seating requests.

▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may consider your reservation as cancelled. Please contact us if you will be late.

▶We are taking thorough ventilation measures, so there is a possibility that insects may enter the restaurant.
▶If you need a wheelchair or have allergies or other requests, please indicate them in the remarks section. We will accommodate them as much as possible.
