Reservation Information

Lunch Hours: 11:00–15:30 (Last order 15:00)
Seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Numbered tickets will be issued and guests will be admitted from the waiting area.
Note:
* Some seats are available by advance reservation only. (11:00 — 5 parties, 11:30 — 5 parties)
* Please note you may be asked to wait when the restaurant is full or when large groups are being seated.

Dinner Hours: 17:30–21:00 (Last order 20:30; Drink last order 20:45)
Reservation time slots: 17:30 / 18:00 / 19:30 (We recommend making a reservation in advance.)
Note:
* Depending on crowding, you may be seated slightly before or after your reserved time. Thank you for your understanding.
* Dining time is strictly limited to 90 minutes per party.
* Walk-in guests will be seated according to availability on the day.
* Reservations via the website form can be made up to 1 month in advance.
* Please note we do not accept seat-only reservations.

* Online reservations must be made by 17:00 two days before your visit.
* Reservations via the website form can be made up to 1 month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes will incur the following cancellation fees calculated from the scheduled visit time:
24 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours before: 50% of the reservation fee
* Web reservations can only be cancelled through the web.

Important Notes for Use

* Seat locations cannot be specified in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
* Changes to reserved menu selections are not accepted on the day of your visit (especially for Wagyu shabu-shabu/steak).

* If we cannot reach you more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your booking may be treated as canceled. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.

Additional Information

* We ventilate the dining area thoroughly; as a result, insects may occasionally enter the restaurant.
* If you require wheelchair access, have allergies, or have other requests, please note them in the remarks field. We will accommodate them as much as possible.
