[Lunchtime] Business Hours: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM (L.O. 3:00 PM)
We generally serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the restaurant's capacity, we will issue numbered tickets and guide them into the restaurant.
*Advance reservations are accepted for the Agu Shabu-Shabu Course only. (Approximately 5 groups from 11:00 AM / 5 groups from 11:30 AM)
[Dinnertime] Business Hours: 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM (L.O. 8:30 PM, Drinks L.O. 8:45 PM)
Reservation Time: 5:30 PM - / 6:00 PM - / 7:00 PM - / 7:30 PM - (The number of groups reserved for each time slot varies)

*Seating may be delayed slightly from your reservation time (depending on the restaurant's capacity).
*Seating is limited to 90 minutes.
*Customers without advance reservations will be seated based on availability on the day.
*Reservations can be made up to one month in advance via the reservation form on our website.
*Please note that we do not accept reservations for seats only.

*For reservations through travel agencies and group inquiries, please use the dedicated form on our website.
*Online reservations are accepted until 5:00 PM two days prior to your reservation.
*Reservations can be made up to one month in advance via our website reservation form.
◎Cancellation Policy◎
▶For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:
24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee
*Online reservations can only be canceled online.
◎Important Notes◎
▶Please note that seating cannot be reserved.
▶Menu changes cannot be made on the day of your reservation. (Especially Wagyu Beef Shabu-Shabu/Steak)

▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation.

▶We are committed to thorough ventilation, so there is a possibility that insects may enter the store.
